The room was beautifully decorated and nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Great location near Hampton Court palace and Kingston town centre. Free car park. Comfortable, well-decorated room. Quiet at night. Spacious, clean en suite with double shower heads. Good breakfast and coffee options in room. Fantastic staff.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with great restaurants on the river and an easy walk to the shopping area of town. Everything is within close distance, and it's easy to get to Hampton Court in just 15 minutes by foot or take a leisurely 1-hour stroll along the beautiful river. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms and complimentary tea and coffee. The staff is attentive and caring, and the breakfast is delicious. the hotel offers great facilities and a wonderful stay.
One aspect that could be improved is the limited selection of dishes for the evening meal.

I had a fantastic stay at a little gem in Kingston upon Thames. The hotel had secure parking, attentive staff, and a delicious restaurant. The room was beautiful. The location was superb, just a short stroll away from Kingston center. The shower was super efficient and the temperature control in the room was great. The breakfast was great and the food in the restaurant was great. The hotel also offered safe and convenient car parking. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk to the main town center and the train station. It's well placed to explore everything the area has to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, with attention to detail and a really nicely fitted bathroom with a good shower. The breakfast included was a great start to the day, served fresh and delicious.
